Deuterium lamp is made by high grade quartz which has a good capability to allow ultraviolet radiation to pass through; the inside of the lamp has a cathode, an anticathode and high purity deuterium gas. After warm-up the cathode and supply more than 350V pressure between the cathode and anticathode, the lamp can work normally and eradiate continuous ultraviolet spectrum 160 -400mm from light window. It is the perfect ultraviolet luminaire among ultraviolet spectrophotometer and kinds of ultraviolet detector.
